Commercial License Agreement

This Commercial License ("License") is a legal agreement between Wisdom Rain ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee").
By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product, the Licensee agrees to the following terms:

1. Grant of License

• The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product(s) for commercial purposes, including:

  • YouTube videos, films, podcasts, and advertisements

  • Apps, websites, games, and digital media

  • Merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.) in limited quantities (up to 1,000 units)

  • Social media content and marketing materials

2. Restrictions

• The Licensee may not:

  • Resell, share, or distribute the original files in any form

  • Claim ownership of the product(s) as their own creation

  • Use the product(s) in illegal, defamatory, or harmful content

  • Exceed the commercial limit (for larger-scale usage, an Extended License is required)

3. Ownership

All products remain the intellectual property of Wisdom Rain.
This License grants usage rights only — not ownership.

4. Duration

The License is perpetual (no expiration date), unless revoked due to violation of terms.

5. Liability

Licensor is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the products.
Licensee assumes full responsibility for proper usage.
